Refund:

Refund of goods

We accept refund requests for the products that meet one of the following conditions:

1. The product is not as described
2. The product is defective
3. The wrong product was received
4. The product does not meet expectations (incorrect size, change of mind, or does not meet user expectations)

Refund requests can be made within 60 days of receiving the goods*.

Refunds do not apply to the following products:

1. Final sale items
2. Underwear
3. One-piece swimsuits and bikini bottoms

*We offer a one-year warranty on electronic products.

Returns:

ONLINE:

Any eligible merchandise must be returned in its original condition.
For clothing: items must not have been worn or washed, and price tags must still be attached.
For all other items: they must be in their original condition, with packaging and tags intact.

Please follow this procedure to return your items by mail :
  • Contact us by email (info@liquidation125plus.com) to inform us of the situation.
  • We can provide you with a shipping label to facilitate the return.
  • Please ensure the item is in its original condition when shipped (product, packaging and tags, if applicable.)**

Return and shipping fees

For any return made for reasons other than an error on the part of Liquidation 125 Plus (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind, etc.), return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer

The customer may:

  • Use their own carrier to return the item, or
  • Request a return shipping label provided by Liquidation 125 Plus, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund.

If the return id due to and error on the part of Liquidation 125 Plus (defective product, incorrect item, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the original shipping fees.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 24 hours after the product is received in-store.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Liquidation 125 Plus is at fault.

**We reserve the righ to refuse a refund if the returned product does not meet the required conditions (original condition, packaging, and tags, if applicable)

IN STORE:

All eligible merchandise must be returned in its original condition.

Returns can be made in person at the following locations:

  • Liquidation 125 Plus - Saint-Félix-de-Valois: 5304 rue Principale, Saint-Félix-de-Valois (physical location)
You must have the original receipt and the same method of payment used for the purchase.

No refunds will be made without proof of purchase.

Return without receipt: A store credit will be issued for the value of the returned product.

Exchanges:

ONLINE

Please follow this procedure to request and exchange:

  • Contact us by email (info@liquidation125plus.com) to inform us of the situation.
  • Return your original purchase to the address below and indicate the product you would like in exchange.

If Liquidation 125 Plus is at fault (defective product, incorrect item, etc.):

We will provide a return label at no cost and cover the reshipping fees.

If the exchange is requested for any other reason (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind, etc.):

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Reshipping fees for the new item are also the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item is received in-store, we will process any applicable charge or refund to cover the price difference.

The new item will be shipped once all applicable fees have been paid.*

*Applicable fees will be communicated to the customer prior to processing the exchange.

IN-STORE

Exchanges can be made in-store with the original receipt.

Products must be returned in their original condition (product, tags, and packaging).

No shipping fees apply for in-store exchanges.
