Shipping policy
Shipping fees:
- $15 + taxes: Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island
- $25 + taxes: Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories
Estimated delivery times are 3 to 9 business days from the time the order is shipped, but may vary depending ont the carrier and circumstances beyond our control. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery becomes their responsibility.
A confirmation email including a tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.
In-store pickup:
You can pick up your order in-store from Monday to Saturday at our Rawdon location, and from Monday to Sunday at our Saint-Félix-de-Valois location.
Orders are usually ready within 24 hours in Rawdon and 48 to 72 hours in Saint-Félix-de-Valois.
You can select the "in-store pickup" option at checkout and choose your preferred location.
You have two weeks to pick up your order from the moment you receive the confirmation email indicating it is ready for pickup. Please contact us if you require an extension.
Returns & exchanges:
If you are not satisfied for any reason, we accept returns and exchanges for any product* in its original condition within 60 days of receipt.**
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we are at fault.
*Some exceptions apply.
**A one-year warranty applies on electronic products.

When placing an order on our website, you must provide a valid shipping address and email address.
We reserve the right to modify, refuse, or cancel any order if necessary. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
